Vicarious Learning and Aviophobia

In case you don't know Aviophobia or Aviatophobia is the fear of flying. There's an article discussing the relationship between this phobia and vicarious learning in the Times Dispatch online: A wing and a scare. Specifically, vicarious learning is seen as one of the learning mechanisms through which the phobia is acquired.
